War or Peace, then reveal them simultaneously.
• If both players chose Peace, both players
discard their hands and draw 7 cards.
• If both players chose War, Treaty Negotiations
deals 4 damage to each creature and each player.
• If one player chose War, goad each creature
that player doesn't control at the beginning of
their next combat step.
