Tree-hugger enters the battlefield tapped under
target player's control.
Tree-hugger doesn't untap during its controller's
untap step.
When Tree-hugger enters the battlefield, tap
target land its controller control. That land
doesn't untap for as long as Tree-hugger remains tapped.
