At the beginning of your end step, choose up to
one other creature and/or up to one planeswalker
you control. Put your choice of a +1/+1 counter
or a shield counter on chosen creature and/or
put your choice of a loyalty counter or a shield
counter chosen planeswalker.
{3}{g/w}, {t}: Move a counter from target permanent
onto another target permanent that shares a type
with it. Then proliferate that counter.
