Trial by Fire

Trial by Fire deals 3 damage to any target.
If the target was a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on it for each 1 damage dealt to it
this way. If the target was a planeswalker,
put two loyalty counters on it for each 1 damage dealt to it this way. (It must survive
the damage to get the counters.)
