At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice a non-token creature. Then put X Endurance counters on Trial of Endurance, where X is that creature's toughness.
At the beginning of your end step, if Trial of Endurance has twenty or more Endurance counters on it, transform it.
It's not about how hard you swing...
