Tribute to the World Tree

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, draw a card if its power is 3 or
greater. Otherwise, put two +1/+1 counters on it.
Its roots dig deep to the center of the world, and its
leaves shelters many lives. The Titania Council often
says that the very integrity of all of Middirim depends
on the healt of the World Tree. Hence, there is always
at least one of her next to it at all times, tending to its
every needs.
