Players may cast spells spells with {x} in their mana cost that were exiled by Triplicate Ordainer, but not from their
hand. If they do, they may not pay any mana for {x}, and X is always equal to 3.
{1}: Exile a card with {x} in its cost from your hand. Any player may activate this ability.
