Trippin

The targets of all spells and abilities is chosen at
random.
When a player draws a card they draw their
entire deck and choose a random number of
cards equal to their hands size plus one instead.
If a player would cast a spell, they cast a
random spell from their hand instead
(you still pay the mana cost of the original
spell)
