Trokair Excavated enters the battlefield tapped.
{t}: Add {w}. Then if an opponent controls more
lands than you do, you may look at the top three
cards of your library and put all Plains cards from
among them onto the battlefield tapped and the
rest on the bottom of your library. If more than
one plains enters the battlefield this way, shuffle
Trokair Excavated into your library.
