: Trotsky can only be played when the planeswalker "Lenin" is in your graveyard. When Stalin is played remove Planeswalker "Stalin" from the game.
+2: Put a -1/-1 counter on the creature with the highest power in play. Put a +1/+1 counter on the creature with the lowest power in play.
-10: Target creatures with combined power equal to or less than 10 come under your control and become red creatures.
