friendly TL Bastiladon, or Engine of the Gods,
that is wholly within 18" of a friendly TL Hero.
•Bastiladon: Shoot with its Solar Engine again.
•EotG: Make a cosmic engine roll again.
A unit cannot benefit from this command ability
more than once per phase.
