Truce

Whenever a player casts a spell, place a patience counter on Truce. Then, if there are 10 or more patience counters, exile Truce.
Patience counters cannot be removed, destroyed,
or copied.
Permanents have indestructible, hexproof and
cannot be exiled. Spells cannot be countered.
Players cannot win or lose and skip each
combat phase.
