Trump

You may only cast Trump if you control either a creature with power 4+ or 5 creatures with power
3 max.
If you cast Trump using the first requirement, creatures you control with power at least equal to
Trump's power have hexproof from common.
If you cast Trump using the second requirement,
Trump costs {2}{u} and creatures you control have poverty 1. (They can only affect common cards.)
