When Trumpcare enters the battlefield, each player votes life or death. If life gets more votes, Democrats gain +2/+2 and indestructible until end of turn and sacrifice Trumpcare. If death gets more votes or the vote is tied, destroy all creatures and they can't be regenerated.
If Senator John McCain is on the battlefield, Trumpcare cannot be cast.
