Trustworthy Patches

During your upkeep, you may exile a nonland card from your hand. Whenever you exile a card this way, you may draw a card. If you control 10 or more cards exiled this way, you win the game.

You and opponents may play cards from your exile by using mana of any color. Opponents cannot target you, spells or permanents you control with exiled spells.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell from exile, gain Treasure tokens equal to that cards cost minus one (to a minimum of one).
