If a creature you control has first strike,
all creatures you control gain first strike.
The same is true for vigilance, flying,
double strike, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, trample, landwalk, and protection.
(For example, if a creature you control has islandwalk, all other creatures you control gain islandwalk.)
