When Tsareena enters the battlefield, target
opponent becomes the monarch.
Tsareena deals double damage to opponents who
are the monarch. When Tsareena deals combat
damage to the monarch, put queenly majesty
counter on it. If Tsareena has three or more
queenly majesty counters on it, it has double
strike.
At the end of you turn, if you are the monarch,
you gain a life for each queenly majesty counter
