Whenever a creature dies you may pay {b/g}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Tsathoggua and exile that creature instead of putting it to the graveyard.
{b/g}{b/g}: Exile target crature card from a graveyard and put a +1/+1 counter on Tsathoggua.
Tsathoggua gets +1/+1 for each creature card your opponents own from exile.
