When Tsatzte, Calendarist of Eschat enters the battlefield, put a number of clockwork counters on it equal to your starting life total minus the number of cards in exile.
At the beginning of your upkeep and whenever a permanent becomes untapped, remove a clockwork counter from Tsatzte, Calendarist of Eschat. Then, if it has no clockwork counters, shuffle all permanents into their owners' libraries.
