Tsunami

When Tsunami enters the battlefield, place two flood counters on all lands target player controls. (As long as a land has a flood counter on it, it is an island in addition to its other types and produces {u} rather than any other mana type.)

At the beginning of your upkeep remove one flood counter from each land, add {u} to your
mana pool for each flood counter removed this
way.
