Tupp, Unstable Duplimancer

Whenever you copy a spell or create a token
that's a copy of a permanent, exile the top card
of your library. You may play the exiled card
this turn. Then you may pay {x}, where X is less
than or equal to the exiled card's mana value. If
you do, exile Tup, Unstable Duplimancer and
copy that spell X times or create X of those
tokens instead. You may choose new targets
for the copies.
