Turf war

Target 2 creatures that are not "Human" or
"Wyverian" type. Those creatures fight. If none
of those creatures was destroyed, return the one
with the least remaining toughness in its owner's
hand. If the two creatures have the same
remaining toughness, return the one with the
least power in its owner's hand. If the two
creatures have the same power as well, return the
two of them in their owner's hand.
