Turmanos, the Mind-breaker

When Turmanos, the Mind-breaker enters the battlefield, target opponent gets an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, discard your hand, then draw that many cards minus 1" and "Pay X life, where X is the number of cards in your hand: Target opponent who does not control Turmanos, the Mind-breaker or have Turmanos, the Mind-breaker in their command zone gains control of this emblem"
