Until the end of the Round, it is Night. All Military Units receive -2/-0 unless they have
Night Vision.

American units have Night Vision.
Japanese units receive an additional -1/-0.

Night scopes were first used in the invasion of Okinawa and gave American Forces a great advantage at Night even though they were outmanned by Japanese Forces.
