Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, if it was a sorcery, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is that spell's converted mana cost, then choose one instant or sorcery card from among them. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
If it was an instant, Copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
