casted the other commander this game.
If you control both commanders apply it to both
& they gain {3} Ward or Flying until end of turn.
If you control no commanders, you may target a Legendary creature instead or you draw a card
for each time you cast one of your commanders
& gain 2 life for each time you cast the other.
