When Twinning Tulips enters the battlefield,
put X twinning counters on it.
When you cast a creature spell with mana value
less than or equal to the number of twinning
counters on Twinning Tulips, copy it.
When Twinning Tulips leaves the battlefield,
return it to its owners hand instead.
