Twist

This spell can't be countered.
Starting with you, each player shuffles a nonland, nontoken, nonchaotic permanent they own into
their library. Then, each player reveals cards
from the top of their library until they reveal a
nonland card that shares a colour with the
shuffled card. They may cast that card without
paying it's mana cost. Remaining revealed cards
are put on the bottom of their owner's library in
a random order.
