Twisted Eviction

Choose a card name other than a basic land. Search each players graveyard, hand, library and board for any number of cards with that
name and exile them. Each player shuffles their library, then draws a card for each card exiled from their hand this way.
Can only be cast any time you could cast a sorcery.
