Twisted Lives

At the beginning of each opponents upkeep, that
player loses half their life rounded up.
Whenever an opponents life would become 0, it becomes half their starting life total instead.
Then you choose one:
• gain 12 life
• return target permanent from a graveyard to
the battlefield under your control
• Search your library for a card, shuffle your
library, put the card ontop by PBRunny
