Whenever a creature is dealt noncombat damage, that creature's controller puts that many cards from the top of their library into their graveyard. Until end of turn, you may cast nonpermanent spells from each players graveyard as though it has flashback. When the spell resolves, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else.
