Whenever a permanent is played chose one at random
- Swap it with another permanent in your hand at random
- random player gains control of it
- return it to your library,shuffle your library, revel the top card, if its a nonland permanent put it onto the battlefield, if not draw it
- shuffle your library
- each player discards a card from the bottom of there library
