Twisters of the Alukm'dal

For each opponent, if that player has fewer than
seven cards in their hand, they may return up to
a number of nonland permanents they control
to its owner's hand equal to the difference. For
each opponent that did, that player loses 1 life
for each card they returned to its owner's hand
this way. Then exile all nonland permanents
each opponent controls.
