Whenever you win a coin flip, discard a card,
then draw a card.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, put a +1/+1
counter on a creature you control and a creature
you don't control.

{1}{r/w},{t}: Choose target attacking or blocking
creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Two-Face
deals 2 damage to it. Otherwise, untap Two-Face at
the beginning of the next end step.
