The Story Begins - At the beginning of your upkeep, if a Scenario is active, put a Story counter on TWSA. As long as this has 1 or more story counters, at the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1, then draw 1 card. As long as this has 3 or more you may look at the top 3 cards of your library. Once during each of your turns you may cast one of those cards without paying its mana cost. As long as this has 6 or more, whenever you would scry or draw a card, you may instead search your library for a card, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
