+1: Target player chooses a permanent he or she controls. You may gain control of that permanent.
-2: Each player may scry X and draw X cards, where X is the number or permanents he or she controls which he or she does not own.
-4: Flip four coins. Gain control of target creature or planeswalker and remove a loyalty counter from Tyra for each coin that comes up heads.
