Tzera, Keeper of Scrolls

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, place a +1/+1 counter on Tzera.
You may remove a +1/+1 counter on Tzera and draw a card.
Whenever Tzera has 5 or more +1/+1 counters, you may remove any number of those counters and return that many permanents back
to their owner's hands.
