Tzeshet, the lone soldier

whenever Tzeshet enters the battlefield, attacks, or blocks, exile up to five other enchantments and/or creatures you control, then return the rest to their owner's hands. at the beginning of the next upkeep, return the exiled permanents to the battlefield tapped.
if you control 5 or more creatures Tzehset can't block
if you control 5 or more enchantments Tzeshet can't attack
