• Phantasmal Force - Target creature deals 2
damage to itself. If the result of the dice roll is 10
or more, target creature deals damage equal to
it's power to itself instead.
• Command - Tap target creature.
If the result of the dice roll is 10 or more,
it doesn't uptap during it's controller's next
untap step.
