As long as your devotion to White, Black, and
Green is less than nine, Uatu, Observer of Gods
isn't a creature.
Whenever a divine permanent enters, draw a card.

Whenever a god creature you control deals combat
damage, reveal cards until you reveal a non-god
creature with cmc less than or equal to your
devotion to that god's colors and put the rest on
the bottom and put it onto the battlefield. Return
the god to your hand.
