Whenever Udius, the Broken Giant gets a +1/+1 counter on it, it becomes a -1/-1 counter instead.
At the beginning of each upkeep, for each -1/-1 counter on target creature, Udius, the Broken
Giant deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
