When Ugin's Saboteur enters the battlefield, for
each player, exile target permanent that player controls until Ugin's Saboteur leaves the battlefield. For each permanent exiled this way,
put a key counter on Ugin's Saboteur.
Remove a key counter from Ugin's Saboteur:
Target creature can't be blocked this turn.
