Ugin's Ultimatum

Ugin's Ultimatum doesn't cause triggered abilities
to trigger. You may cast Ugin's Ultimatum from
your hand even if a spell or permanent would
prevent you from doing so.
As long as Ugin's Ultimatum is on the stack,
players cant cast spells or activate abilities.
Turn all permanents face down, then destroy
target permanent. Exile Ugin's Ultimatum, then
turn all face down permanent face up.
