At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have 5
cards or less, draw a card.
{t}, {u}{b}{g}: Uhthulc, Depth Totem doesn't
untap during your untap step. Return a creature
card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under
your control. Whenever you draw a card, put a
sea token on Uhthulc, Depth Totem. Then, if it
has four or more sea tokens on it, untap it. It continues to untap during your untap step.
Remove all tokens from it.
