eye counter on it.
Whenever a legendary creature you control deals
combat damage, put a +1/+1 counter on it, then
put an eye counter on target permanent.
Whenever a permanent with an eye counter is
put into a graveyard, remove an eye counter from
Uk'otoa, then draw a card.
