Ulamog comes into play with 12 +1/+1 counters
on him.
If Ulamog would be killed, but has one or more
+1/+1 counters on him, then instead:
• remove up to 2 +1/+1 counters from Ulamog
• heal all damage done to Ulamog
• remove any -1/-1 counters from Ulamog
{bull} replenish Ulamog's power
If Ulamog destroys a creature or kills a player,
put a +1/+1 counter on him.
