Ulamog, Gorger of Worlds

If a source you control would cause a player to
exile one or more permanents or cards not on
the battlefield, they instead exile those
permanents or cards plus another card either
from their library, graveyard, hand, or a
permanent they control.
When Ulamog, Gorger of Worlds attacks,
each player exiles a permanent
they control or a card from their hand.
