Ulfric Stormcloak, High King

When Ulfric Stormcloak is cast, search your
library for an equipment card with mana cost X or
less and put it into your hand, where X is the
amount of snow mana used to cast it.
When Ulfric Stormcloak enters the battlefield,
target opponent becomes the monarch.
When Ulfric Stormcloak attacks, if defending
player is the monarch, create X 1/1 red soldier
tokens tapped and attacking that player, where X
is the number of snow permanents you control.
