Heroes you control have "At the beginning of
your upkeep, this creature gets a charge
counter on it. When one or more creatures die
as a result of damage dealt by this creature, put
a charge counter on it. Then, if this creature
has ten or more charge counters on it, remove
all charge counters from it and put an ulti counter on it."
