This spell cannot be countered.
Hexproof
At the beginning of each players upkeep, look at
the top 5 cards of that players library, then
choose one and exile it. Put the rest into their graveyard.
Whenever a cards enters a graveyard, its owner
loses 1 life.
You may cast spells exiled with Ultimate Demise,
and you may spend mana as though it was mana
of any color.
